I don’t know about you, but anytime I have been on a diet…..and by the way dieting is something I kicked to the curb 10 years ago this August…..I became scared of food.
I was frightened of the “bad” stuff like chocolate and desserts. Afraid that this decadence would ruin my chance at having the body that I wanted.
Terrorized by kale and naked lettuce leaves. Unadorned chicken breast night after night. Would this be the fate of my dinner plate?
